Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’d like to return it, you have 30 days from receiving the product to do so. All returned products must be in the original packaging and unused to be eligible for a refund.

Simply contact us via our contact form to arrange a return. We will reply with a postal address you return your order to. Please keep in mind that we don’t cover any postage cost for returns and any paid shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the payment method you used at purchase.

Exchanges

It might be hard to choose the right cushion covers for your home. If you wish to exchange your products, you can do this within 30 days of having received them. All returned items must be in the original packaging and unused to be eligible for an exchange.

Simply contact us via our contact form and we will provide you with a shipping address where you can return your items to. Please keep in mind that we don’t cover postage costs for returning orders, but we are happy to cover the cost of shipping your new items to you. If there’s a price difference, we’ll set this straight with you before we ship your new order.

Faulty Items

Before we ship our items, they will be checked for quality. If, in a rare case your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help you straight away. We will require information and photos of the issue and, once approved, we’ll ship you a replacement right away.
