We want you to really love your new cushion covers and that’s why we have a 30 day easy returns policy on all orders. This means that if you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will happily refund or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. There are some conditions to our policy and these are detailed below.
We will happily exchange any product that you are not 100% happy with. To request an exchange, make sure you contact us within 30 days from your purchase date and let us know which product/s you’d like to exchange your order for. If the new item/s are a different price, we’ll make arrangements for a refund of the difference, or provide you with an easy way to pay the gap. We will then give you an address to ship your returned your order to.
For the exchange to be processed, your cushion covers must be in brand new condition, in their original packaging and not damaged in any way. We do not cover postage costs for returning your items but we will happily cover the cost of shipping your replacement to you. As soon as we’ve received your returned order and checked it, we will send your replacement immediately.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you don’t love your new cushion covers you are welcome to return them for a refund. To request a refund, make sure you contact us within 30 days from your purchase date. We will then provide you with an address to return your order to.

As soon as we’ve received your returned order and checked it, we will issue a full refund for the product price. Shipping is non-refundable.
All of our products are checked for quality before they are shipped. In the unlikely case your product arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can help you out. We require photos and information about the damage and, once received, we will make arrangements to have a replacement product sent to you as quickly as possible.
