We want you to love your new cushion covers and so we offer a 30 day easy returns and exchanges policy on all orders. This means that if you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will happily refund or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. There are some conditions to our policy and these are detailed below.

Exchanges & Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange your cushion covers must be in brand new condition, in their original packaging and not damaged in any way.

For returns and exchanges we have a simple 3 step process:

Step 1: Contact us and request an Exchange or Return
Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to let us know you’d like a return or exchange. If you’re after an exchange then be sure to tell us which product/s you’d like to exchange for.

We’ll reply with the address of our Australian warehouse to return your order to.

Step 2: Return the original product/s
When preparing your items to be shipped to us, please ensure you include the order receipt with your return so we can identify your order.

We recommend using a service that is trackable so you can monitor the return journey of your product and provide proof of shipping in the rare case it is lost in transit. We do not cover postage costs for returning your items.

Step 3: Once received, we’ll process the return or exchange

As soon as we’ve received your returned order and it passes our QA check, we’ll issue a full refund for the product price. Shipping is non-refundable.

If the new item/s are a different price, we’ll make arrangements for a refund of the difference, or provide you with an easy way to pay the gap. We’ll then ship your replacement items to you and send your an email with the tracking details of this new shipment.
